Quality Guarantee

All HELLASPRUCE art is meticulously handcrafted in the USA to the highest standards. We are proud of our craftsmanship and provide a 1-year quality guarantee on all canvases. This guarantee covers any warps, tears, fading, or broken frames under normal use within 365 days of your purchase. HELLASPRUCE will assist in replacing or upgrading your art through an exchange or store credit towards a new piece of your choice. Additional fees may apply if upgrading to a different design, size, or frame option that differs from your original order.

Return Policy

For orders within the United States, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. Items must be returned in unused, sellable condition to qualify for a refund. Please use your own shipping label to send the return back.

To start your refund process, please contact support@hellaspruce.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

All international orders outside of the United States are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged unit to our HELLASPRUCE Care Team, and we will produce and send a replacement at no additional charge.
